CNC MACHINING
Our in-house twin head CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) router can cut, profile, drill and even shape a multitude of materials. We machine MDF, foamex and polystyrene for the theatre, film and TV industry, wood and plastics for the furniture industry and polycarbonates, acrylics and composites for the sign and display industry. We specialise in machining polyethylene foams producing case inserts to protect and display products and drawer liners to help organise tooling. Having a 2500 x 1250mm working area and a large 400mm Z axis (height) we can machine thick materials in one process reducing the need for layering. Twin spindles can run in tandem for high speed machining or independently where two different tools are required which saves time on tool changes and keeps machining time to a minimum.
We also use specialist software to minimise waste and maximise usage of materials.

FOAM INSERTS
Our technology and resources mean that we can cater for any size of project, from one-off foam linings to large production runs.
SIGNS & ADVERTISING
We have utilised our CNC to produce custom branding. We are able to use a wide variety of materials from wood, composite and plastic to suit our customers needs and really make that signage stand out from the rest.
BESPOKE CARVING
We currently use our CNC router to machine and carve products for the furniture industry, but it can also be used for decorative plaques and house names.
TOY BOXES
Our toy boxes are produced using high quality MDF and can be painted any colour to suit your requirements. We can add a custom plaque to the front with names, logos and shapes to add that personal touch.
These toy boxes are designed and manufactured in house and require no fixings to assemble however are still sturdy and hard wearing.
STEAK/CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
We have made steak & charcuterie boards for the restaurant business but can also produce them for personal use.
These boards can be produced in various different types of woods and finishes and can also be branded/personalised.
